Mission

To provide all educators with a variety of opportunities to give and receive encouragement and grow in their personal relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ; motivating them to bring honor and glory to God in all areas of their educational environment.

Vision

FACE recognizes the significant influence educators have in the lives of others within their educational environment. FACE was founded for the purpose of encouraging and motivating educators to contribute more effectively as a positive influence in the lives of those around them. The goals of FACE include the following:

To encourage educators to grow in their personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.


To form FACE prayer groups in all educational environments, uniting educators in fellowship and prayer, while building them up in the Christian faith, by focusing on the important role God has planned for them and the gifts and talents the Lord has given each of them to fulfill.


To provide educators with a variety of opportunities to encourage, motivate, and support each other through fellowship, discussions, reading scriptures from the Holy Bible, prayer and other resources.


To relate positive Christian attributes to all educators, and assist in developing practical ways educators can apply these attributes in their daily actions and interactions, throughout their educational environment, within the legal limits of the First Amendment of the US Constitution.


To promote an atmosphere of teamwork, accountability, positive communication, and supportive relationships between educators, enabling them to create a more positive and nurturing learning environment for their students.
